Young & Blissful began in 2016 as a women-led healthcare blog and e-commerce platform created to support people looking for better access to wellness, health, and lifestyle products.

Young & Blissful is owned and led by Shabnam, an MD, MBA, serial international entrepreneur, and healthcare-focused founder. Through her personal and professional experience, she saw a major gap in the senior-care space. Families were often left searching across scattered websites, outdated listings, unclear service pages, and providers with little transparency or verification.
This problem became personal.
While looking for senior services for her own family — and thinking about her own future needs — Shabnam realized how fragmented the system was. Families needed help, but there was no simple place to compare trusted providers across home care, healthcare, mobility, transportation, retirement living, caregiver support, and daily lifestyle services.
In 2026, Young & Blissful evolved into a dedicated senior marketplace for Ontario.
Today, Young & Blissful helps seniors, caregivers, and adult children find, compare, and connect with local providers across key senior-service categories. The platform is designed to bring more clarity, trust, and confidence to families who are making important care decisions.
Young & Blissful is not a care provider. It is a marketplace built to organize a fragmented senior-service system and make trusted options easier to discover.
